Position and duties:
Reporting to the Marketing & Communication Department, you will coordinate STid’s participation in trade shows, conferences, roadshows, and both internal and external events, in France and internationally. Targeting an exclusively B2B audience, you will act as the true conductor, leading all operations to ensure the success of each project.
Your responsibilities:
Event Planning & Strategy (France and International)

Co-develop the annual event calendar in alignment with the Group and its subsidiaries' strategy

Create detailed timelines and key milestones for each project
End-to-End Organization & Logistics

Book venues, booths, and necessary equipment
-
Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and external stakeholders

Lead preparation and follow-up meetings with all parties involved

Oversee the creation of event materials (booths, visuals, promotional items…)

Manage all logistics: transportation, accommodations, setup/teardown, access, etc.

Supervise event setup, execution, and dismantling on-site
Budget Management & Reporting

Develop and manage event budgets

Negotiate with suppliers to ensure optimal cost-effectiveness

Provide accurate and regular reporting on incurred costs and budget variances
Event Communication

Collaborate with the communication team and external partners to maximize visibility before, during, and after events (social media, website, newsletters…)

Participate in on-site engagement: presentations, demos, interviews
Analysis & Continuous Improvement

Produce post-event reports (qualitative and quantitative)

Assess outcomes and ROI

Recommend areas for improvement for future editions
Profile:
You hold a degree (Bachelor’s or higher) in Communication and/or Event Management and have at least 5 years of experience in the field.
Ideally, you have worked in a B2B environment, preferably in the access control sector and/or have a strong interest in new technologies.
You have solid project management skills that allow you to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.
You are open-minded and curious, with the ability to detect market trends and understand client needs.
You enjoy teamwork and have excellent interpersonal skills. Proactive and independent, you bring forward new ideas and take initiative.
Fluency in English is essential due to frequent international travel and communications.
