Position and duties:
Reporting to the Sustainable Performance Department, within the Quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality procedures.
The Quality Manager plays an active role in defining, implementing, and driving the company’s quality policy. As the guarantor of quality and safety within STid, your main responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring STid’s certification process, particularly ISO 9001, and overseeing its renewal.
- Defining and deploying a quality approach through a quality management system (QMS), aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction and company performance.
- Contributing to the definition of objectives and performance indicators for processes to ensure continuous improvement.
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures and customer requirements regarding product quality.
- Ensuring compliance with current procedures and regulations, making recommendations, and coordinating action plans to improve and secure the professional framework.
- Reporting on quality actions and organizing necessary management reviews.
- Organizing and conducting external audits with our suppliers/subcontractors to ensure compliance with our commitments.
- Implementing a Hygiene, Safety, and Environment (HSE) approach to control and prevent risks related to working conditions and the safety of personnel and the environment.
Profile:
You hold a Master's degree (Bac +5) in Quality Management or Risk Management, with at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in a regulated and certified environment.
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and expertise in quality management methods and tools are essential.
You are known for your analytical and synthesis skills. Solution-oriented, you have a passion for problem-solving and are always seeking improvement actions.
You enjoy hands-on work and can communicate in English with ease. Your interpersonal skills and active listening will enable you to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
