Position and Responsibilities:
STid, leader dans le domaine des technologies sécurisées et innovantes, recherche un(e) Chef(fe) de Produit Services aux Entreprises, avec une vraie expertise sur le secteur du contrôle d’accès.
As part of the Marketing Department, you will manage a portfolio of services, with your main mission being the development and promotion of these services across STid's value chain: direct and indirect clients, as well as prescribers.
You will collaborate with each Market Manager within the team, who are experts in their product lines for the security market, to develop service offerings (and tools) that meet customer needs and align with the company's strategy.
What you will do:
- Innovate and recommend differentiating services and/or new services in line with market expectations and STid’s products.
- Build service offerings: define user journeys on tools, user interfaces consistent with STid’s branding, create service contracts, service levels (SLAs), offer segmentation, and customization options for specific customer needs.
- Develop a commercialization strategy: craft a clear value proposition, define client acquisition and retention strategies, and identify appropriate distribution channels.
- Create sales enablement tools and communication materials to promote the service catalog.
- Track performance: set up service usage KPIs and adjust offerings based on their analysis and market trends.
- Support internal and external teams: train sales and pre-sales teams on the usage and benefits of new services and establish strategic partnerships to strengthen the offering.
You will stand out by: successfully translating your past experiences into the ability to define a strategic roadmap that transitions from a product sales model (one-off) to a service sales model (recurring fees).
Profile:
- You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school, engineering school, or university, with a specialization in marketing, product management, or digital transformation.
- You have at least 5 years of experience developing service offerings, preferably in the fields of access control and/or electronic security.
- Your in-depth knowledge of the market, technologies, and challenges related to digitalized services applied to access control is a major asset.
- You combine excellent analytical/synthesis skills with creativity/innovation to propose and develop effective marketing solutions to drive revenue growth.
- You are an effective communicator, both written and verbal.
In an international environment, fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
