Position and duties: :
We are looking for a Software Solutions Product Manager to join our dynamic and fast-growing team. You will be at the heart of product definition, from design to delivery, with continuous optimization along the way.
Your responsibilities will include:
- User Needs Analysis:
Gather, analyze, and formalize user needs, ensuring they are aligned with the product strategy, in close collaboration with the Market Manager within the same team. - Writing Functional Specifications / Defining User Stories:
Draft functional specifications and detailed user stories, considering the points mentioned above. You are familiar with concepts such as APIs, SDKs, mobile and web applications. - Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with development teams, UX/UI, Applications, Front-End, Back-End, Security, Infrastructure (hosting and databases), and all stakeholders (QA, Customer Care, Operations) to ensure a common understanding of the features to be developed.
- Organize iterative working and synchronization sessions to enhance agility in development.
- Product Backlog Management:
Prioritize and maintain a clear product backlog focused on customer value. - Project Monitoring and Performance:
Track product development and adjust priorities accordingly to maximize added value, optimize investments, and resources.
You will have the opportunity to see your product launch through to completion by supporting the Market Manager in bringing it to market, ensuring the deliverables meet market expectations, maintain quality standards (Qualification, Product Acceptance), and adhere to delivery deadlines.
Profile:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally in the field of software solutions.
- Expertise in Agile methodology: Ability to work effectively in an agile environment and promote best practices within the team.
- Strong project management skills: Ability to plan, organize, and monitor project execution while respecting deadlines and budgets.
- Communication and negotiation skills: Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and influence decisions.
- Knowledge of product management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or equivalent.
- Strong business orientation: Ability to understand end-user needs and translate them into concrete solutions.
