Position and duties:
We are looking for a Software Integration Engineer to join our dynamic Customer Care team at STid. In this key role, you will act as the interface between our company and our prospects/partners, helping them integrate our IT solutions into their products/applications.
As an expert, you will support the project from start to finish, engaging and coordinating all internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Pre-Sales Support:
- Provide high-level technical support during client meetings, offering valuable insights on future projects.
- Conduct impactful demonstrations and create customized mockups of STid Group solutions for our prospects and clients.
- Ensure alignment between our solution's workflows, the client's environment, and the required functionalities.
- Validate the technical feasibility of complex projects in response to requests from sales teams and management.
Integration Project Support:
- Precisely document client requirements, detailing every product specification.
- Actively assist the client in the effective design and deployment of the solution integration.
- Work closely with the client for the final validation of their solution during the testing phase.
Post-Sales Support:
- Proactively investigate and resolve complex issues reported to the Customer Care service.
- Escalate unresolved problems to the R&D department, ensuring quick and effective solutions.
- Communicate requests for enhancements or corrections to R&D for the continuous development of our products.
Profile:
You have at least 5 years of solid experience in IT project management and/or recognized expertise in software development.
You are proficient in JSON REST (Web API) and ideally in mobile development languages, with an awareness of cybersecurity and data confidentiality.
You are familiar with ERP systems and have proven expertise in project management (planning, budget, quality, costs, deadlines).
With excellent communication skills and ease in relationships, you enjoy working in a team.
Your level of English allows you to collaborate daily in an international environment.
