Position and duties:

Reporting to the technical director and in close collaboration with our support team, you will assist our customers in familiarizing themselves wit our products and support them with the integration of our high-tech innovations with their existing systems.

As a true interface between the design office, sales representatives and customers, you are at the heart of informating and training our partners and client base.

Your daily life?

Within the technical support team, you will be responsible for distributing, managing and answering customer requests and questions. Gradually, you will also be asked to provide pre-sales technical support to our sales representatives.

In both cases it is important that you understand the request, know how to convert it into a clear and unambiguous technical question it and provide a clear answer, Your answer is educationally effective (with the support of visuals and step-by-step tutorials), even when it is delivered to our customers remotely using online tools available.

Your skill level of English enables you to coommunicate with our international client base effectively (your contribute to updating our training courses in English where possible).

Depending on our skills and personal preferences, your job profile can be expanded with other tasks and responsibilities related to support, such as:

  • Managing and contributing to the development of technical training courses, for example related to the design, content updates, or conducting training courses internally or externally,
  • The development of instructional tools (like the realisation of a learning environment in a smart and effective way which facilitates our support activities),


A higher education degree in electronics (BAC+3 minimum) is required. Your resume includes successful experience within the organisation of a Manufacturer / Equipment Manufacturer or Distributor that specializes in security. You are experienced in communicating with clients of installers and integrators.

M/F with field experience, with very good interpersonal skills that knows how to listen to customers, understand their needs and assist them in being successful with STid solutions.
