Position and mission :

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, and as part of a small team, your mission will be to lead and develop all marketing activities for this particular market.

This means:

  • Collect all information related to the product line: market watch, competitive analysis, feedback from sales representatives, customer interviews, etc.
  • Define and help realize the Industry product roadmap in collaboration with the R&D team: Write functional specifications, lead the product creation process until the moment of launch, manage product evolutions, etc.

  • Develop/maintain commercial en promotional documentation for the product range: product and data sheets, pricing model and strategy, competitive differentiation, added value, business cases, use cases, etc.

  • Set up and implement the communication plan, go-to-market strategies, product launches and sales support tools for the Sales and Pre-sales Support teams.

  • Help the marketing and communication department with realization of commercial collateral and media, including visualization, for theIndustry product range..

Your activities also include the support of current and future sales representatives in various geographical areas. Your efforts will result in generation of commercial leads.

You will work closely with the R&D team that ischarge of the development of Industrial Traceability products, as well as the communication team which manages and oversees the communication plan.

You will also work closely with the sales teams in an international context.


Profile :

This position is for a candidate with a business school/marketing background. An engineering background could be an interesting asset, provided that you have a strong background in B2B marketing.

Five years of professional experience is required. Part of this experience may be the gradual move towards B2B marketing from a conventional commercial role (trade / pre-sales). You are technically curious and are able to create proposals. You excel in innovative and fast-growing environments. Experience in an industrial environment will be appreciated, but is not considered essential.

You have an appetite for knowledge about hardware and software based technology solutions.

Fluency in English is essential.

Good interpersonal skills, creativity and autonomy will be assets to succeed in this mission within the context of an organization with, at times, demanding and reactive individuals.
