Position and duties:

Reporting to the R&D department, you will be part of the Qualifications Unit. You will strengthen our capacity to develop export markets by taking responsibility for the international certification of our entire range of innovative products:

  • CE markings
  • Compliance with the RED directive (Radio, EMC, EMF, Electrical Safety).
  • FCC/IC radio certification for North American markets.
  • Certification and compliance with Access Control standards (UL294).

You will draft the official company declarations related to EU Type Certification.

You are responsible for the extension of export certifications: Technical management of specific regulations per country in the world, monitoring of local organisations, management of specific markings a variety of industries.

You will advise the R&D team in the early development phases of new products; You are a driving force behind the design process to ensure future compliance with all relevant certifications and standards. You also plan and execute the implementation of new certifications and monitor compliancy continuously.

By monitoring changes in standards and certification requirements you are able to able to ensure future compliance with relevant certification schemes.

As part of our ISO9001 certification and in collaboration with the Quality Manager, you will maintain quality procedures related to product certification.



Specialised Engineer or Master 2.

Being experienced, responsive and autonomous, you will strengthen our ability to continuously comply with international product certification requirements.
Your self-starting attitude will be highly appreciated within our dynamic team. Based on experience and competencies you will be able to propose how to improve business processes related to safety standars.

Your excellent interpersonal communication skills will enable you to work well in a team on joint projects. Being organised, rigorous and methodical helps you excel in in the field of regulations and normative developments. 
Prior participation in relevant standards committees is a plus. Technical and conversational English skills are essential.
