Position and duties:
As part of our growth plan, we are improving our customer service by creating the position of a pre-sales / advanced solutions customer project manager. Your tasks will mainly focus on pre-sales, customer project management assistance and generic partner support.
You will support the sales department. You will present our technical software proposition. You listen to the needs of customers and propose our solutions or customisations. In collaboration with R&D and marketing, you estimate the mounts of work related to service requirements and you draw up technical and functional proposals.
You are in charge of managing all communication with customer contacts and you create specific sales materials (PPT) in collaboration with the marketing department.
Project management assistance:
You structure and manage projects for international clients. You will be responsible for the quality and meeting the deadlines of the projects, up until the moment they are delivered. You will analyse project feasibility and ensure continuity by managing communication with the clients. You will write the specific documentation for projects and also for customer training.
Indeed, you will promote the agility of our solutions through training and support of our clients/partners, but also our employees.
In the same spirit, you will support technical partners with the integration of our solutions and with improving their relevant skill set.
The mission related to this new position is filled with variety, enjoyable contacts and innovative technology. To be able to succeed and enjou this job, you need to have a good understanding of the following topics:
- Multi-layer and distributed architectures (cloud, on-premise, mobile apps).
- The hardware (serial, IP network) and software (HTTP, RESTful Json API, SDK, etc.) communication and integration components that enable the understanding of such architectures.
- The fundamentals of web and enterprise IT security.
Finally, you are comfortable with solutions based on electronic components and embedded computing within a global offer.
You have a minimum of 3 years of technical or commercial technical education and you are comfortable with dealing with highly technical solutions based on software and hardware. You are able to understanddistributed architectures, software communication components, and IT security.
You must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT. Including customer project management. Pre-sales or sales experience is a vauable asset.
Your knowledge of access control, smart-building or industrial IT will also be appreciated.
Your naturally inclined to organise your work well. You are keen to apply methodologies and farmeworks and you love to take initiative
You are able to manage several projects in parallel while prioritising tasks and activities.
Your command of English enables you to operate internationally (international context, 50% of client communication is in English.
